We welcome your compliments and complaints and have a suggestion box on the left hand side of the reception desk with pen and paper available.
If you wish to speak to someone about the complaint, the Practice Manager is available to talk to. We may at times ask you to put your complaint in writing. We will endeavour to get back to you within a couple of days.
You may, however, wish to take your complaint to an outside organisation. The body to contact is:
